Tutors work collaboratively with you to understand the type of training you need and that your values and own procedures are properly reflected in the training. Our classes can be conducted in-person or via our state of the art online classrooms.

Staff reporting

Our system records your staff’s attendance and progress in any online and in-person tutor training. This ensures that the training logs are accurate, easy to manage, and organised in our system for you. If your eLearning is delivered by us, all training will be seamlessly held together on one platform.

Face-to-face sessions are delivered using market-leading technologies in order to provide a secure and reliable online platform. In addition, we can host these session on a platform of your preference.

Jo specialises in developing contemporary bespoke technical in-house CPD programmes as well as working with the Board in helping demonstrate a meaningful AML risk monitoring procedure. With over 25 years’ experience in delivering expert training to a wide range of financial service businesses both in the Crown Dependencies and internationally.

With extensive AML & CFT operational experience, Ross has worked with a wide range of government and private sector clients all over the globe in delivering bespoke AML, CFT & Financial Crime Prevention training and consultancy services.

With an MSc in Applied Positive Psychology, Linda offers courses and workshops that focus on finding your team strengths, improving your teams resilience and increasing your teams well-being. Linda also works directly with leaders and managers on finding their strengths and how they can use them to create a more engaged and productive workforce.

As Managing Director, Paula is a trusted specialist in providing learning and development solutions for businesses in Guernsey and Jersey. Her expertise in learning and development is underpinned with a Diploma in Tertiary Teaching as well as successfully delivering organisational change programmes.

Paula has a Henley MBA in Strategic Management and is an experienced Management Consultant. Currently, Paula is the Managing Director of Island Consortium, Chair for the Bailiwick Scout Association (receiving the Queens Award for Voluntary Service in 2019) and a Non-Executive Director for Guernsey Post. For 6 years she also served as a Non-Executive Director and then as President for the Channel Islands Cooperative Society.

Angus is a qualified Chartered Accountant and has been involved in tutoring students in the Channel Islands for over twenty-five years. In 1995, he established Offshore Training Consortium in Guernsey which was subsequently acquired by BPP plc, the UK’s largest provider of professional education training. Angus’s extensive academic credentials include a Masters degree in Business Administration, a Masters degree in Economics and Politics, a Masters degree in Education, a Postgraduate Certificate in Accountancy together with a Teaching Certificate.
